Temp to Perm Customer Service Advisor £6.00 per hour Walkden, Manchester

Role responsibilities
Taking customer orders over the telephone and inputting them into Sage computer system. Answering any customer queries via telephone, liaison with customers over the telephone in a professional manner. Dealing with all other administration duties as and when required.

Ideal qualities
Previous call centre or customer service experience gained in an office environment. Excellent computer skills are required, Sage experience would be an advantage along with good Excel and Word knowledge

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - with 1 hour lunch each day
